I was consumed with a big deal at work that consumed a majority of my personal, professional, and training time.

I watched from the wrong side of the track Friday night...Thanks HWood for the PBRs, good times were had by all.

I felt like crap at the tri Sunday, somedays you have it and some days you don't and I didn't on Sunday.
