What Donimator did Sunday
The swim went well came through the 500yrd mark at 5:43, they tried to calibrate the spin bikes with equal tension and then wrapped the tension dial with duct tape, I am pretty sure they weren't all equal, then I felt like crap on the run, but it was enough.

Awesome job big man! Hopefully your swimming abilities won't be called upon at camp this year - weather is looking good.
