So I go to court for this today The county attorney forgot I was sent a subpoena. I gave her the estimate of damage. She says that if Laura refutes the damage, I will have to go to a restitution hearing. All of this happened out in the hallway. I never even made it into court room #2 this morning. A new trial date is set for July 16th.
