So Friday the Washington County Attorney called me and said he is calling me to the stand today for the case about my boat. This is a jury trial today scheduled for 12:45PM. This is my third subpoena and its starting to be a pain in my ass.
On a second note. Stoker went down hard yesterday at the elite nationals. We are now listed as day to day as to whether we are going to race the mountain tandem at Black Dog this Wednesday. I am sure strats is taking very good care of him.
So whats up with everyone quiting their blogs?
1st Sickboy....(his girlfriend made him quit)

Washington County...here we come

Race time: 11:30am
10:45 am: bike not shifting as i would like. Visit SRAM tent.
10:50 am: Two SRAM mechanics look at rear derailleur, neither of them like the looks of it.
10:55 am: Chain, Derailleur, cable, and cable housing ripped off of bike.
11:00 am: new rear derailleur installed, new chain being put on bike.
11:05 am: SRAM wrench cannot get cable through the shift lever.
11:10 am: tension mounting as cable is not yet inserted, still cannot get in through. I begin sizing up the 60cm Orbea on the top of the SRAM Volvo.
11:15 am: bar tape unwrapped, new cable housing being put on, cable finally installed, bar tape re-wrapped.
11:20 am: Stress level very high.
11:30 am: race starts in heavy rain which continued throughout the race.
1:20 pm: two laps to go, Marcotte, DOWN, no more free laps. Up to me now.
1:25 pm: 750 meters to go, sitting 5th wheel, 30+ mph, DOWN. slide, curb, face down in dirt. pain.
11:22 am: Stoker freaking out.
11:23 am: Stoker freaking out more.
1:26 pm: Big crash in the last corner on the last lap - many riders going down.
1:26:05 pm: Strats doesn't see Stoker go by.
1:26:06 pm: Strats runs to last corner...sees blood first, sees the person bleeding from the head is wearing blue shorts (so not Stoker), sees other guys on the ground...no Stoker.
1:26:07 pm: Strats freaking out.
1:35 pm: Strats finally finds Stoker in medical tent - looks like he's been playing on a slip-n-slide in the mud and concrete.
1:45 pm: Strats tries to bandage Stoker's skinless ass.
